Buyer Membership

Total value of membership is at least £1,795, so return on investment is 1,000% without even taking into account the tips and information you'll pick up to help you run your programme better.

This category applies to those 100% PAYE buying or managing travel for their organisations.

Membership costs just £149 per annum or just £99 per annum for CIPS members (MCIPS).

Benefits include:

• Complimentary place at the annual ITM Conference (normally £149). See www.itmconference.org
• Complimentary access to up to 6 annual forums per annum (normally charged at up to £99 to non-members)
• Directory of members in the ITM Exchange - ITM's new online networking tool.
• Access to members zone of website - to include white papers, research, RFP tools, ITM Recruitment listings, CSR zone
• Complimentary copies of ITM Industry Reports
• Access to ongoing ITM Research Reports (normally £100 each)
• A copy of ITM's annual research report, the Industry Observer (normally £295 to non-members)
• Access to social events, both regional and national
• Access to Special Member Rates such as free hotel nights and reduced rate travel for personal use
• Access to ITM Recruitment listings
• Reduced rates at educational and training workshops
• Access to the ITM Professional Certificate Course (an NVQ, foundation degree level course in professional travel management)

Industry Practitioner (IP) Membership

Total value of membership is at least £1,395, so return on investment is 600% without even taking into account the tips and information you'll pick up to help you run your programme better.

This category applies to those who are outsourced travel managers, consultants or intermediary (TMC/HBA/VPA) Account Managers.

Membership costs just £199 per annum or just £149 per annum for CIPS members (MCIPS).

Benefits include:

• A place at the annual ITM Conference subject to a delegate fee 50% that of the supplier rate - normally £795
• Complimentary access to up to 6 annual forums per annum (normally charged at up to £99 to non-members)
• Directory of members in the ITM Exchange
• Access to members zone of website - to include white papers, research, RFP tools, ITM Recruitment listings, CSR zone
• Complimentary copies of ITM Industry Reports
• Access to ongoing ITM Research Reports (normally £100 each)

Supplier Members

Total value of membership is at least £1,000, so return on investment is 300% without even taking into account the leads, tips and information you'll pick up to help your business.

This category applies to those working for companies supplying travel services to organisations.

Membership costs just £249 per annum (plus a one-off administration fee of £75).

Benefits include:

• A place at the Annual ITM Conference subject to the delegate fee of £795 (not open to non-members)
• Complimentary access to up to 6 daytime forums (up to £99 to non-members)
• Directory of members in the ITM Exchange
• Access to members' zone of website - to include white papers, research, e-RFP tools, ITM Recruitment listings
• Complimentary copies of ITM Industry Reports (ITM's report style magazine)
