Calum began his career in aviation working in the call centre, at the airport and as cabin crew for Go, BA’s low-cost airline. He later worked for Virgin, Air New Zealand and Etihad Airways. He joined BA in April 2022 from his role as Chief Commercial Officer at Vueling and relocated from Barcelona to London in May 2022 he was appointed Chief Customer Officer.
