Lauren has been in the hospitality industry for over 8 years, formally being cluster director of sales & events at Crimson Hotels and subsequently now the EMEA travel manager for TikTok/Bytedance. Her commercial experience included sales and account management as well as ensuring the operational success of large profile events. She now transfers these skills to enhance the supplier relationship covering car rental, rail, hotel and airline partners.
