Katherine started her career as a management consultant working 70% of each year overseas across all five continents on international client assignments. In 2000 she moved to Thomas Cook, where she became the first female board director and ran all contact centres, ecommerce and digital channels. At the age of 33 she left Thomas Cook and joined a start-up airline - Silverjet - where she helped shake up the big players of transatlantic travel for the better by providing innovative competition. From Silverjet she became Sales & Marketing Director for British Midland. Post ash-cloud Katherine left travel for a year and helped float Circle on the London Stock Exchange - at the time an innovative start-up, now the market leader in UK private healthcare. Katherine returned to travel and in 2014 joined Wexas as managing director, where she transformed the business, on the business travel side developing a market-leading TMC position in NDC and a formidable reputation for outstanding client service.
