Stephen Lascelles joined WTW 3 years ago as EMEA & APAC Travel Manager, a role that sits within the Procurement function, headed up by the Corporate CFO. As such, there is a strong focus on ensuring costs are monitored, processes are efficient and supplier contracts provide value. Stephen comes from a TMC and travel software background, having previously worked for FCm and KDS, and is therefore passionate about collaborating with preferred suppliers and the global TMC partner to implement new technology that minimises booker friction and enhances colleague wellbeing. Colleague engagement is key to the delivery and success of a corporate travel program, which is why Stephen spends so much of his time communicating with stakeholders from all over the business to ensure they fully appreciate the commercial benefits and importance of compliance.
