Helen Hodgkinson is Head of Travel Product and Sustainability Options in the Barclaycard Corporate Issuing team and has spent over 20 years in the corporate payment sector. As well as recently taking on a specific sustainability remit within her role and supporting the dedicated ESG working groups in Barclaycard Payments, Helen is personally passionate about contributing to a just and equitable society as well as protecting the natural environment. She is a former ITM Board Director and received the ITM Chairman’s award in 2018. In 2019 she co-founded CACTUS, Climate Action for Corporate Travel Urgent Sustainability, which is a voluntary industry collaborative group to address the impact of corporate travel on the environment. Helen is a self-diagnosed sufferer of climate anxiety and tries to continually channel her concern about our anthropogenic impact on society and the environment into positive action at home and work.
