Richard joined CWT from GBT in 2017, to lead Solutions Group for APAC, based in Sydney and then Singapore. He took on EMEA regional responsibility, based in the UK in 2018 and has been global leader for Solutions Group since April 2020, recently including hotel consulting into his organization in April this year. Rich has 22 years’ experience in travel consulting, corporate payments and procurement, acquired at Anglo American, American Express and CWT. Rich holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from the University of East Anglia and is CIPS qualified in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
