In addition to the plenaries on the main stage, we provide focused sessions to deliver relevant content relevant to your role.

Buyer Knowledge Exchange: An in-person edition of our renowned Buyer Knowledge Exchange, uniting buyers with a topical agenda to help overcome common challenges and foster connections.
ITM Cares Session: Previously known as our buyer/sponsor session, this connects our partners with the buyer community through an interactive activity that supports local charities.
Industry Sessions: Choose from a variety of concise educational breakouts covering topics relevant across all sectors.

The ITM Conference Awards
During the Gala Dinner, we will honour our members for their outstanding contributions to the business travel community. There are two award categories recognising individuals who have demonstrated excellence or made significant contributions to their organisations, travel programmes, the industry, or ITM.

ITM is committed to delivering a sustainable and inclusive conference experience. We actively promote initiatives that bring our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) values to life, ensuring an unparalleled delegate experience.
 
The ITM Buddy Programme: Sign up via registration for our Buddy Programme, designed to welcome solo attendees, those new to ITM/the industry, or those who find social events challenging to navigate. Groups are paired with a friendly buddy from our team of Board Directors and conference veterans, ready to offer support.

EventWell Hub
Take advantage of our quiet room as a safe space for a 10-minute break. Speak to EventWell Hosts trained in mental health and neurodiversity, or enjoy a peaceful herbal tea or decaf coffee.

Additionally, our Buddy Corners provide opportunities for individuals to connect with others before and during events, ensuring no one experiences the conference alone.

To attend INSPIRE, you must be an ITM Business Member. Current ITM Connect Members can pay for their membership upgrade and delegate fee simultaneously.
 
Note: The Connect Member Delegate fee includes 12 months of ITM Business Membership.

Buyer Knowledge Exchange | Payments Special

November’s Buyer Knowledge Exchange will focus on the topic of business travel payments and will run for an extended duration of 90 minutes. The session will be led by two exceptional buyers from our community: Danny Cockton from Wood Plc and Roger Peters from Accenture. It will begin with a short 10-minute presentation, followed by an interactive discussion.   Space will be limited to 30 buyers to support meaningful interaction during the call. The session is designed as a workshop, so we kindly ask that cameras are turned on, and everyone is encouraged to share their views in a safe and inclusive environment. Every voice is important, and all questions raised by the group are valid. Post-event notes will be shared, but these will be fully anonymised.
