Following a number of discussions across our community there are many unanswered questions and areas requiring clarification relating to its application within the business travel booking and payments process.

ITM have taken a central role to help support members understanding of the directive, how it will impact them and what steps they need to be taking now to be ready for its enforcement.

By identifying & coordinating relevant stakeholders the aim is to provide clarity and guidance on ensuring we have a smooth transition when the directive comes into force.

This webinar is ‘part 1’ where the purpose is to bring an aligned view of what the directive is and what is in or out scope. Our plan is to continue the conversation over the coming months through our taskforce and webinars such as this to help you prepare and educate your travellers. We will plan a follow up webinar early April and will be working on resource takeaways for you.
