ITM conducted a buyer member survey to learn more about travel management priorities in 2024 and to identify trends that support strategic planning.
At the end of November 2023, we surveyed our buyer members with a range of travel spends to establish their biggest priorities for the year. The confidential questionnaire covers topics such as core priorities, travel budget and volume, tender strategies, sustainability, OBT fulfilment issues, the TMC model, and the changing role of the Travel Manager.
